Leading-edge production technology (copper)

Thanks to our assembly lines, featuring automated and semi-automated equipment, including crimpers (made by Molex, TE, Amphenol and TTI), cutting units (Schleuniger, Komax, Eubank), test units (Cirris, Agilent VNA), calibration units (Albuquerque), and wire-harness assembly tables, we respond quickly and effectively to assembly requests for such products as coaxial cables, cables with terminals, network cables, communications cables, AV cables, and computer cables.

Leading-edge production technology (optical fiber)

In our assembly lab, we produce single-mode and multimode optical fibre cable assemblies. We use diamond polishing paper to achieve UPC polish results. We employ a centrifuge to remove air bubbles from epoxy mixes and variable-temperature kilns. We have interferometers and analog and digital microscopes for inspection purposes. We conduct loss and return loss tests measured in db. We package our products and enclose documentation. Our suppliers include such prestigious brands as JDSU, Nanometer, 3M, SunTelecom, Elmasonic, Adams, Schleuniger, Fisna, Ericsson, EXFO, Westover, and Seikoh Giken.
